What do the Olympics and fashion have in common? EVERYTHING! From Michael Phelps’ Team USA light-up blazer by Ralph Lauren, to kitten heels and sneakers by Christian Louboutin (no 5 inch stilettos here!) for Team Cuba, there was no shortage of fashionable moments in Rio. Gisele Bündchen commanded the longest runway she ever walked while wearing a thigh-high slit sequined dress by Brazilian designer Alexandre Herchcovitch, and she even managed to squeeze in a ribbon dancing stint at the Pantene campaign event.

I know you’re probably thinking, “Jasmin, I’m NOT a supermodel!” Well I’m here to tell you that you don’t need to be a supermodel to create your OWN runway. As a young girl, the school hallways were my runway, and I never worried about what others thought about me. Fast forward to adulthood and sometimes we lose a little part of ourselves. The good news is that you can once again embrace that carefree mindset TODAY, and while you’re at it, have your own fashion show (even if it’s at home!)
