What Are YOU Thankful For?
Between numerous movie premieres, the Governors Awards, and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Vogue Fashion Fund Awards (just to name a few!), this past week in fashion was practically like a Thanksgiving table spread!
At the 20th Annual Hollywood Film Awards, Kate Hudson wore Marchesa and reminded us that black isn’t boring, especially with a plunging neckline accented with delicate flowers (and not to forget a pair of nude shoes!) Hailee Steinfeld was starving for color in a yellow J. Mendel dress at the Nickelodeon Halo Awards and nude shoes by Giuseppe Zanotti (sense a recurring theme here?) And finally, for my favorite look of the week–after filming the Jimmy Kimmel show, Gigi Hadid shimmied down the streets of Los Angeles in a Nanushka slip dress accented with a stunning leopard Roberto Cavalli duster (you can never go wrong with a little leopard!) and strappy Stuart Weitzman sandals, although I think some people are a little more envious of the 80-some degree “Fall” weather in Los Angeles!

Lesson Learned: Fall in love with your wardrobe! It won’t talk back to you, it will always be there for you, and it will love you unconditionally! 🙂
