Who Said Black Is Boring?

After seeing all of the head-turning black gowns at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner I was on a mission to find a new collection of black cocktail dresses. After all, you can NEVER have too many LBDs! Luckily E! and Bravo (the only 2 TV channels I EVER watch!) provided plenty of inspiration. Some of my recent favorites include Giuliana Rancic with laser cut details on E!, Lisa Rinna with a little peekaboo mesh action on Watch What Happens Live on Bravo, and Kate Upton with a one-shoulder cutout at the Met Gala after party.
